Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Time

Shipping Cost

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order until it arrives.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at myoluxestore@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping address.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be the customer's responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at myoluxestore@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
