At Myoluxe, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at myoluxestore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of your request.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

Unused Items

If your item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you are eligible to request a full refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Used Items

If you have opened and used the massager pillow but are not satisfied with your purchase, you may still contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Each request will be reviewed individually by our customer support team. Depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at myoluxestore@gmail.com.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

After reviewing your claim, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

There will be no additional cost to you if the issue was caused by us.

Customer Ordering Errors

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Myoluxe is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Selecting the wrong product

  • Choosing the wrong quantity

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address

  • Entering incorrect contact information

If the item has already been shipped, customers may request a return if it meets our return requirements. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement item, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return has been approved and processed, we will arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for items that:

  • Have been intentionally damaged or misused

  • Are returned outside the 30-day return period

  • Do not reasonably match the condition described in the return request

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, those rights will apply in addition to this policy.
